We have a new location for the Balwyn North Dojo in 2020. After 11 and a half great years at Boroondara Sports Complex, our club has grown to be one of the most respected in Victoria. I have managed to secure a larger space for our Dojo in the Hall at Greythorn Primary School to ensure that our club continues to provide the best training conditions for our students. The new larger location will also mean that it will again be possible to schedule some Gradings at the Balwyn North Dojo. It has not been possible to hold Gradings at Boroondara Sports Complex for the past few months.

Greythorn Primary School is located on the corner of Greythorn Road and Reading Avenue, Balwyn North. There is ample street parking and entry is via the pedestrian gate on Greythorn Road. Our new location is 2 mins drive or 15 mins walk from Boroondara Sports Complex. The timetable is set to change only very slightly with all classes moving 15 mins later than the 2019 timetable. Classes will now start at 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, 7:15pm and 8:15pm. I do apologise for any inconvenience that this move causes, but I am confident that this will ultimately be a big step forward for our club. All classes in 2020 will be held at the new location, starting with the holiday timetable which starts on Monday 13th January. The holiday timetable will be as follows:

Monday 13th & 20th and Wednesday 15th & 22nd January

5:15pm – Juniors-White, Gold & Orange Belts

6:15pm – Juniors-Red Belts & above

7:15pm – Adults & Teens-All Grades

Normal timetable will then resume on Wednesday 29th January, just with the new 4:15pm start time. I very much hope that you and your families all enjoy the Christmas and new year break and I am very excited to see you all back at training in 2020 in our new location.
